Preceded in death by his parents, his grandparents, Edward Earl Gentry, Sr. and Odette Gentry, and grandfather, Burl Lee Fryar.
He is survived by his brother, Joseph Gentry and his grandmother, Betty Lou Fryar.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, November 21, 2009, at Airport Road Church of Christ with Jack Smith officiating. Interment will be at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Brandon Jingle, Paul Hamilton, Burl Fryar, Jr., Dallas McNeely, Zachary Taylor and Jared Cockrell.
