He was born in New Washington, Ohio, and was employed by the Shelby Depot.
He was a veteran of the US Army serving during World War II.
Surviving are a brother, John Watts, Shelby; and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Regina Watts, and a brother, Paul Watts.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 pm today at OVH Chapel, Sandusky. Services will be 8:45 am Wednesday at OVH Chapel with the Rev Bertrand Shenk officiating. Military services will be conducted at 9:30 am Wednesday.
Burial will be in OVH Cemetery.
