Harold was a member of the First Christian Church and the Lindsay American Legion, Ball Smith-Post 23.
Harold enlisted in the U.S. Army Air Force on October 21, 1942 and served as an airplane gunner. During his 3 years of service he received several metals. Harold married Clarabelle Brown of Duncan, Oklahoma, in Oklahoma City on September 12, 1942. For the next several years they resided in several states due to his employment. In 1957 they moved to Lindsay, Oklahoma where they raised their son, Brock.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Teresa Wagnon, one sister Inez Mayberry, and one brother, Herbert Wagnon.
Harold is survived by his wife, Clarabelle of the home and by his son Brock and his wife, Marsha of Monkey Island at Grand Lake, Arkansas. He is also survived by his brother, Irby E. Wagnon and his wife Carol of Duncan, Oklahoma.
Services for Harold will be held on Saturday, December 18, 2004, at the First Christian Church at 10:00 a.m. Rev. Will Bentley and Harry Smith will be officiating and pallbearers include Delbert Dorman, Phil Hightower, Doug Wren, Rick Dorman, Leon Hale, and Tex Edwards.
