OBITUARY. BISCOE--Died at Forest, Miss., on the 6th of October, Mr. A. H. Biscoe, aged 61 years.
Mr. Biscoe was a native of Georgia, removed to Alabama, thence to Goliad, Texas, in 1850, and returned to Mississippi at the close of the war. He was a brave, true man, of strong friendship and generous disposition, and died in the full belief of the reward of those who performed faithfully their duty here.
He was a Mason of high standing, and was buried with Masonic honors. He leaves many friends in Texas to mourn his loss.
