Mrs. A.F. (Della) Schroeder, 62, of West, died at 6:40 a.m. Friday in a Waco hospital.
Rosary was recited at 8 p.m. Sunday at Kotch Funeral Home Chapel in West. Requiem mass was celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption with Rev. George Doskocil as celebrant. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery.
Survivors are one son, Bill Schroeder of Waco; one daughter, Mrs. Jack (Jo Ann) Thedford of Abilene; her mother, Mrs. Emma Popp of West Rest Haven; three sisters, Mrs. Elo (Hattie) Zatopek and Mrs. John (Rudie) Kubala, both of West, and Mrs. Max (Millie) Diamond of Pasadena; three brothers, Ben Popp of Houston, Joe Popp of Boston, Mass.; and six grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Kenneth Popp, Royce Zatopek, Ambrose Uptmor, Terry Schroeder, Irvin Pustejovsky and Jim Park.
