Mrs. Ollie (Lucille) Kubacak, age 67, of West, passed away late Thursday evening, April 25, 1991, at West Rest Haven.

Mrs. Kubacak was born December 21, 1923, in McLennan County, the daughter of Frank and Albina Prikryl.

She married A.F. (Ollie) Kubacak on November 18, 1946, in West. He preceded her in death on May 17, 1966.

She was a housewife and homemaker and formerly worked for the McLennan County Tax Office. She was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America and St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption.

Survivors include one son, Frank Kubacak of Austin, and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

A rosary was recited at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel by Msgr. George Doskocil.

Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption with Rev. Ed Karasek as Celebrant. Burial followed in St. Mary's Cemetery.

Pallbearers were David Devers, Phil Gerik, Smokey Kubacek, Bill Prikryl, Jimmy Doherty, and Steve Mellgren.

Aderhold Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
