Dorothy M. Recobs, 72, formerly of Madison Ave., passed away in Medical Center Hospital at 11:10 a.m. Saturday, August 9, 1980 after a two year illness.
For the last year she had resided with her brother and sister-in-law, Carl and Dorothy Remley of 296 Schrake Road, her only survivors.
Born in Ross County on June 1, 1908 to John and Katherine Overly Remley, she was married to Lawrence Recobs on June 20, 1936. He preceded her in death on May 20, 1975. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.
Funeral services on Wednesday at 3 p.m. in Ware Funeral Home with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery.
