+ PASSED AWAY ~ on November 14, 2009 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, in Iowa City, Iowa.

~ VISITATION ~
The family will greet friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, November 18, 2009, at Hamilton's Southtown Funeral Home.

~ FUNERAL SERVICES~
Will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, November 19, 2009, at Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church.

~ BURIAL ~
Following services, will be at AVON CEMETERY, Avon, Polk County, Iowa.

~ GLENDA was a 1978 graduate of CARLISLE HIGH SCHOOL, graduated in 1980 from A.I.B.

~ GLENDA married STEVEN SHANNON on August 20, 1994 .

~ GLENDA worked as Assistant DME at Des Moines General Hospital for many years and most recently worked at Wellmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield.

~ GLENDA was a member of Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church where her church and church family were an extremely important part of her life.
