Preceded in death by: wife, Dora Nicley Bailey; parents, Herb and Gelina Bailey; sisters, Edith Vinyard, and Gladys Frye. Survived by: children, Robert and wife Francis Bailey, Frank and wife Sue Bailey, Margaret and husband Darrell Ailor, Floyd and wife Teresa Bailey; he also has 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; several sisters; several nephews, and nieces. Family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, with funeral service to follow at 8:00 p.m. in Cooke Chapel. Reverend Kevin Sexton.
