Frank J. Phillips, age 74, died Thursday, December 6, 2007, at Lawton, Oklahoma.

He was born April 11, 1933 at Hindsville, Arkansas, the son of Nile Leslie and Rachel Ellen (Roberts) Phillips.

He and Jeanie Maples were married March 10, 1956, in Madison County., Arkansas.

He attended Berkshed School and then graduated from Springdale High School in 1951.

He was a member of Lawton Heights United Methodist Church.

He was predeceased by his parents; five brothers, Eugene Leslie, Gaylon, Earl, Junior Lee and Scottie; and a sister, Virgie.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Frank Phillips and Terry Phillips; a daughter, Sherrie Kelch; a brother, Cecil Phillips; a sister, Mildred Roberts; and four grandchildren.

Burial in Fort Sill Post Cemetery at Fort Sill, Comanche County, Oklahoma.
