Mrs. Zalman was born at Tours and had lived in the Hallsburg area before moving to Axtell where she has lived the past 40 years. She was kin to several people in this area.
Her husband, 75, remains in serious condition in a Waco hospital.
Two Mart people, Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Schlemmer, were injured in the two-car accident.
Funeral services were held at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church at Elk for Mrs. Zalman, with Rev. Frank Miller officiating. Burial was in St. Martin's Cemetery at Tours.
Survivors include her husband, a son, Patrick, of Waco; six brothers, Fred Dulock of Elk, Albert Dulock of West, Bill, Alphonse and Anton Dulock, all of Waco, and Victor Dulock of Houston; two sisters, Mrs. Anna Baade and Mrs. Otilla Campbell, both of Waco; one grandson.
