Rose Anna Guzman, 47, a lifetime resident of Barstow, entered into rest July 9, 2009 at Apple Valley Care Center in Apple Valley.
Rose Anna was born in Barstow on June 14, 1961 to Ernesto and Catalina Miranda. She attended Barstow High School. She married, became a homemaker, and gave birth to two wonderful sons.
Rose Anna loved to go dancing and her favorite TV show was "I Love Lucy."
Rose Anna is survived by her loving family, sons, Gilbert Guzman of Riverside and Alfonso (Cosas) Guzman of Barstow; brother, Richard Miranda of Barstow; sisters, Olivia Esquibel of Claremont and Patsy Miranda of Barstow; grandson, Jeremiah Guzman of Barstow; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
A Celebration of Rose Anna's Life will be held July 15, 2009 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 505 E. Mountain View, Barstow. Visitation will be at 9 a.m., with Rosary at 10 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Mountain View Memorial Park, 37067 Irwin Road.
