He is survived by wife; Rhonda, three children; Blair, Michael and Sarah, parents; Mike and Tonya Day, and siblings; Stephanie (Steven) Greer, Aaron (Shannon) Lilly, Debra (Kenny) Gardner, Troy Veatch, Mary Beach, Steve (Marie) Crawford and Raymond Lilly, as well as several nieces and nephews and best friend Roger Lager. He is preceded in death by his father; Stephen Lilly and brother; Joseph Lilly.
Steve was born in Utah on November 6, 1972. He was honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps as a Corporal on July 15, 1998 and had worked for Salt Lake City Corporation for more than a decade.
He was married to Rhonda Lilly on August 16, 2002 and lived in West Jordan, UT for the past seven years.
Steve was a very genuine and sincere man who was happiest when surrounded by his family. He loved working on computers and enjoyed fishing and camping with his family. Steve also very much enjoyed keeping stats for his son's football team.
Funeral Services and Interment will be held on Monday, November 16, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary, 1950 East Dimple Dell Road (10600 South). There will also be a viewing for friends held on Sunday evening from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the same location.
