Douglas M. Ulrich formerly of Streamwood for 26 years.
Born Aug. 29, 1945, in Chicago, he passed away suddenly, Saturday, Sept. 2, 2006, at home. He was a proud veteran of the Marine Corps.
While living in Streamwood, he enjoyed being a coach for Streamwood Boys Football. In an uncertain world, his love and devotion could be counted on without question!
Doug is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Kathleen (nee McGhee); his two wonderful sons, Douglas (Christine) Ulrich and Michael (Christy) Ulrich; and the joy of his life, his grandkids, Mikey, Megan, Madilyn and D.J., whom his world revolved around. He was a brother-in-law to James (Christine) McGhee, and uncle to Dawn (Miraj) Parikh. He was a loving Papa to many.
