The newspaper article was furnished to me by another findagrave contributor. It is from the Springfield Newsleader, Tues. July , 1993. Basically all the stones hav been covered by soil that was used for dumping.

Sarah's parents were John Estes, b-1779-NC., and wife Martha Jaggers, b-1782-Chester Co, SC., d-July-1849-Maury Co, TN. Also Sarah and my gg-grandmother, Mary Ann H. (Estes) Fielder, b-1826/28-TN., d-1865-Springfield, Greene Co, MO., were sisters and had the same parents.

1. John Spindle Fielder, b-5-Nov-1852-Maury Co, TN., d-16-June-1937- Lindsay, Tulare Co, CA and buried in Mt. Olive Cemetery, Lindsay, Tulare Co, CA. Married Laura Jane Abbott, b-1-Jan-1869-Rolla Phelps Co, MO., d-15-March-1955-Lindsay, Tulare Co, CA. They married on 1-March-1891-Springfield, Greene Co, MO., and had 8 children. Laura's
parents were, Aaron Abbott and wife Elizabeth Bunyard.

2. Mary Virginia Fielder, b-28-June-1854, d-28-may-1928. Married Turner A. Galbraith, b-abt 1854-Greene Co, MO.
I show a son for them named Charles A. Galbraith, b-12-March-1884.

3. Martha Tennessee Fielder, b-18-Sept-1856. Married John M. Pursley, b-abt 1850-TN. They married about 1876-Springfield, Greene Co, MO.

4. James Burkes Fielder, b-1-Sept-1859-Greene Co, Mo.,
d-12-Oct-1933-Springfield, Greene Co, MO. Married Cordelia Elizabeth Webb, b-24-March-1886-Greene Co, MO., d-23-June-1952-Springfield, Greene Co, MO. I show three children for them. Cordelia's parents were Thomas Webb and wife Caroline Morris.

5. Elizabeth Thompson Fielder, b-10-Nov-1860-Greene Co, Mo., married William Andrew Bodenhammer, b-29-Jan-1863-Greene Co, MO., d-8-Jan-1930-Greene Co, MO. They married on 6-March-1887-Greene Co, MO.

6. Ellen Jane Fielder, b-22-Feb-1862. Married William H. Jackson about 1882 in Greene Co, MO.

7. Emily Burbin Fielder, b-25-April-1863. Married William Rathbun.

8. Samuel Porter Fielder, b-28-Sept-1865-Greene Co, MO. Married Lucy Alice Fondren, b-July-1872, MO., d-June,1931-Greene Co, MO. Lucy's parents were, Ambrose Fendren and wife Nancy Yeary. They had 5 children.

9. William R. Fielder, b-9-April-1869-Greene Co, MO., d-15-July-1869.
