Bernard Lenard Alexander passed away January 3,1965, in Weatherford, Parker County Texas.
Ben was born March 30,1881 in Madison County Tennessee to Milton Mcdonald and Mary Stevens Alexander. After the death of his 2nd wife, Ben married Jettie Browning in 1919.
He was preceded in death by his wife Jettie Browning Alexander in December of 1964; 2nd wife and mother of three of his children, Nellie Freeman Alexander in January of 1919 and son, Walter Alexander in September of 1910.
Survivors: Son, James Rubert Alexander of Houston; Daughters, Mrs. Faye Hendon of Fort Worth and Mrs Ruby Sharpe of Weatherford; Brother, Oscar Alexander of Kilgore; Sisters, Mrs. Ora Waller of Weatherford, Mrs. Bera Bobo of Atlanta, Mrs Odessa Beauchamp of Fort Worth, and Mrs Myrtle Herod of Fort Worth.
Services were held January 5,1965 at White's Chapel of Memories with interment in East Greenwood Cemetery Weatherford Texas.
