He was preceded in death by his paternal great-grandparents, Mose Roark, and Ersell and Mary Adkins; and maternal great-grandparents, Lonnie Jessie, and Everett and Jewell Tackett. Mr. Adkins was self-employed. Chris is survived by his wife, Cyndi Adkins of Flemingsburg, Ky.; father and stepmother, Mike and Karen Adkins of Olive Hill; mother, Kim Tackett also of Olive Hill; three sisters, Kristi Adkins, Kelli Adkins and Michaela Adkins, all of Olive Hill; one nephew, Jayce Hall
and one niece, Haylee Hall, both of Olive Hill; two uncles and aunts, Tim and Kim Adkins, and Kenny and Robin Adkins; paternal grandparents, Wayne and Joy Adkins; maternal grandparents, Bill and Sue Tackett; paternal great grandmother, Nemo Roark; and maternal great-grandmother, Ruby Jessie all of Olive Hill.
He also leaves a host of friends and other family members who will sadly miss him.
