Wilma owned and operated the Harp Grocery Store for many years. She was a member of old Field Missionary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Mike Nichols; infant daughter, Judy Nichols; grandson Kevin Nichols; and sister, Carolyn Williams.
Survivors include her husband, Calvin Ford; sons, Jerry Nichols and wife, Jill; Randy Nichols; daughter, Becky Spradlin; brother Dewayne Chandler and wife Linda; grandchildren, Chris Nichols and Vickie, Tessa Rybard and Glen, Carrie Myers and Wesley, Shawn Nichols and Selina, and Natasha Nichols; great-grandchildren, Shelbi Nichols, Hannah, Erin and Luke Rybarb, Shawna and Shane Nichols, Harley Roland and Anna Adams and special niece Lisa Gail Wilson and many other extended family members and friends.
Services will be Tuesday, November 17, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in the Regency Funeral Chapel with Brothers Robert Newton and Pete Eifert officiating. Interment will be in Round Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Brian Wingo, Robert Draper, Roy Overton, Tony Draper, Mark Draper, Joe Fite and Herbert Davis. Honorary pallbearers are Martha Walton, Ellen Davis, members of Hippie Holler, Sissy Spears and Dr. Baltz and the 10th Floor Baptist Mrdical Center Nurses.
