Zeus was Neopolitan Mastiff that had been badly mistreated and used as a fighting dog. I acquired him through a Mastiff rescue society. He was a good dog, but we could not get the tendency to fight out of him. He had to be put down several months after I got him because he would no longer let anyone near me. I loved him dearly and still grieve because his life was so sad.
