Charles H. Yeatman, 49, of 204 Hilltop Toad, Hilltop Manor, died Tuesday in the Delaware Division after a long illness.

Mr. Yeatman was an inspector with the old Electric Hose & Rubber Co. for 11 years before he retired on disability eight years ago. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Korean War and a member of the Disabled American Veterans.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley J.; two daughters, Lisa J. Pettee of Claymont and Mary A. Yeatman, both at home, and a granddaughter.

Services will be Friday afternoon at 2 at the Atonement United Methodist Church, 3519 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont. Friends may call Thursday night at the McCrery Memorial Funeral Home, 3924 Concord Pike, Talleyville. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.
