She was born in Rose Township on September 7,1891, the daughter of Nathaniel and Ella(Highfield) Gordon. She was formerly the librarian for the Holly Township Library for over 25yrs., the oldest member of the Holly Presbyterian Church and a life member of the Austin-Electa Chapter #396 O.E.S. of Davisburg. Surviving are one sister Mrs. Alva Sink of Ann Arbor; 4 nephews,Cecil Gordon of Barryton ,Merle and Clarence Gordon both of Holly, Richard Gordon of Seattle,WA; 2 nieces, Barbara Clark of Holly and Helen Gordon of Gran Blanc also several great nieces and nephews.
