Janice Elizabeth (Galgoczi) Knowlton, age 56, passed away. Janice was born in Mt. Pleasant Michigan to parents Steve and Ismerie (Ball) Galgoczi. Janice attended Sacred Heart Academy, and spent a great deal of her childhood at the Moose Lodge. Growing up Janice loved spending summers at her family cabin on Coldwater Lake. Janice worked for Shepherd Public Schools for over twenty years, retiring in 2006.
Janice is survived by two daughters; Jennifer (Knowlton) Keller, husband Kyle and their children; Kaylee, Joelle, Kiana and Mia all of Cheboygan Michigan. Jessica (Knowlton) Parsons, husband Eric and their children, Riley, Ashley and Alexis all of Winchester Virginia. Brother Steve Galgoczi, wife Debbie, and their children Anne and Mary, and one great nephew Blake. Janice is also survived by very special friends; Tim and Michelle Kirby, Janice Salchert, Genny Shultz and Nancy Bowman.
Janice was preceded by both parents. Cremation and private memorials have already taken place.
