McKAY, W. James — Passed away November 6, 1979, at his home north of Almira, Washington.

Survived by his wife, Hilda F. McKay, at the home; three sons, J. Robert McKay, Walla Walla, Washington; David A. and William G. McKay, both of Almira; two daughters, Eileen Millikan, Almira, Washington; Doris McKay Egbert, Los Angeles, California; two brothers, Alex McKay, Almira; Richard McKay, Bellevue, Washington; 24 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins, including George W. McKay, Coulee Dam, Washington.

A member of the Almira Community Church, Grand Coulee Grand, 4-H, and a longtime member of the Lincoln County Fair Board. A graduate of Whitman College in 1913.

Funeral services Saturday, November 10, 1979, at 11:00 a.m. at the Almira Community Church, Rev. John Miller officiating. Burial LaFollette Cemetery.
