To this union seven children were born, all of whom are living. They are: J. D. Boyett, Grady Boyett, Misses Viola Boyett and Myrtle Boyett, of Alexandria, La.; Mrs. Nettie Evans of Haynesville, La.; Mrs. L. J. Arrington [sic Harrington] of Jackson, Miss.; and V. Roy Boyett of Pineville. She also leaves the following brothers and sisters: Ben Teddlie of Pineville, R. L. Teddlie of Buffalo, Tex., Mrs. Emma Deen of Montgomery, La., and Mrs. Eleanor O'Neal of Lufkin, Texas.
Funeral services were conducted at the family residence in Alexandria at 1 o'clock Wednesday afternoon, after which the body was conveyed to Verda, Grant Parish, and interred by the side of her husband. Rev. Carl A. DeVane, pastor of Emanuel Baptist Church of which Mrs. Boyett was a devout member, officiated.
