Forrest M. 'Mike' Enders, 71, of 20 Crescent Drive, New Cumberland, formerly of Halifax, died yesterday at home.
He retired as a mechanic from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Lemoyne; was an Army veteran; a member of the Harrisburg Seventh-day Adventist Church; and an avid fisherman and outdoorsman.
Surviving are his wife, Shirley Mummaugh Enders; a daughter, Deborah Cassell of Camp Hill; three sons, Wayne, Darwin and Thomas, all of New Cumberland; five brothers, Ken, of Jonestown; Roy, of Denver and Todd, Lee, and Clark, all of Halifax; three sisters, Iola Bechtel of Halifax, Fay Adams of Dalmatia and Darlene Skaddan of La Luz, N.M.; 11 grandchildren; and a great-grandson.
Services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday in Stone & Murray Funeral Home, New Cumberland. Burial will be in Rolling Green Memorial Park, Lower Allen Twp.
Viewing will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday and from 2 to 3 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Central Pennsylvania, 98 S. Enola Drive, Enola 17025.
