Carl Bernard Rogers was born on April 17, 1909 in Nogales, New Mexico, the adopted son of David Mayer Rogers and Elizabeth Ann Allen, both of Utah, their thirteen child.


He married Clarence Ann Adams of Oklahoma and died in 1998.

He was born in Globe, Arizona and died from pneumonia at the Reche Canyon Convalescent Hospital. He was survived by his son, Ronald C. Rogers of Fontana and a daughter in Homer, Nebraska. He was a machinist for 40 years and served in the Navy in World War II. He was also a member of Church of Latter Day Saints, and had four grandchildan and four great, grand children.
