She was born July 21, 1915 to Thomas "Jack" Sisco and Della Mae (Cates) Sisco. She was united in marriage to Claude Dobbs.
Roxie was a lifelong resident of the Sparta and Chadwick area. She was most recently a member of Oakwood Baptist Church. Roxie enjoyed cooking and working in her yard.
Her husband preceded her in death, as well as her parents, two children, Barbara Ann Hartman and Bobbie Claude Dobbs, a sister Georgie Dobbs and five brothers Clyde, Dewey, Oren, Gene and Bill Sisco
Visitation was Oct. 10.Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Oct 11, in Adams Funeral Home, Ozark .Burial followed in the Chadwick Cemetery.
