Mrs. Wright was born in Montague County and was a lifetime resident of the area. A homemaker, she worked at Heard & Jones Drug Store.
She married Bonny Wright in 1945 at Borger.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Michael Wright of Navasota; a daughter, Judy Stark of Amarillo; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

Doris "PeeWee" Wright, 83, died Saturday, June 24, in Borger.
