Reinhardt Keeler (6-2) the husband of Elizabeth Geist-Keeler (6-2) was born in , on May 3rd, 1755. On June 18th, 1789 he and his wife and five children were baptized and admitted into the Reformed Church at Falkner Swamp. It will be remembered that some of Mrs. Keeler's brothers were confirmed in the same church some years before and as is mentioned on a previous page, it is very probable that her father Christoph Geist (1-1) was buried at this church.

Reinhardt Keeler (6-2) married Elizabeth Geist-Keeler (6-2) on May 13th, 1777, and then- eight children are given under her name. He died in Limerick Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, on October 10th, 1822, and is buried in the Keeley's cemetery near Schwenksville, Pa, A tombstone marks his grave. It is not said what his occupation was, but naturally, farming, as that was about the only thing that these early people could do out in the woods. He was a German.
