WELBORN, WAYMAN LEROY JR., 84, of Port Richey, died Wednesday (Dec. 6, 2000) at Hernando-Pasco Hospice House. Born in Pittsburg, Ill., he came here 30 years ago from Eldorado, Ill., where he was the owner and operator of General Merchandise. He was a member of Grace Brethren Church, an Army Air Forces veteran of World War II and county treasurer of Williamson County, Ill. Survivors include his wife, Yvonne; three sons, Wayman Leroy III, Harrisburg, Ill., Robert Fay and William Edward, both of Columbus, Ohio; a brother, Harry, Ventura, Calif.; two sisters, Norma Cronquist, Port Richey, and Wanda Turpin, Las Vegas; 12 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
