"Mrs. Ethel A. Austin, 54, wife of R.A. Austin of 548 South Eighth West Street, died last night at a Salt Lake hospital of a stroke following two weeks illness.
Mrs. Austin was a lifetime resident of Salt Lake. She was born here, Aug 4, 1888, a daughter of Alfred F. and Ellen Frances Denney. She was married to Mr. Austin in Salt Lake on Sept. 12, 1906.
Surviving, besides her husband, are a son and daughter, Robert L. Austin and Mrs. Virginia Archer, both of Salt Lake; three brothers and four sisters, Arthur Denny of Salt Lake, Alfred and Delbert A. Denney, Mrs. Daisy Paul, Mrs. Stella Johnson and Mrs. Lula Lewis of Los Angeles, and Mrs. Nell Ford of Sandy, and two grandchildren."

"AUSTIN ~ Funeral services for Ethel Agnes Austin will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Larkin Mortuary Chapel, 260 East So. Temple St. Friends may call at the Mortuary Wednesday from 4 until 8 p.m. and Thursday from 10 a.m. until time of services. Interment in the City Cemetery under direction of the Larkin Mortuary."
