Born July 20, 1907 in Cadiz, Ohio, Mr. Russell had been employed in this area as a well driller. His home was three miles east of Casa Grande.
Surviving are two sons: Jerry, of Grand Junction, CO, and Andy, of Farmington, NM; and a sister, Mrs. Maxine Longnecker, of Edgerton, WY.
Memorial services were conducted Monday in the Cole and Maud Mortuary chapel, by Casa Grande Valley Lodge No. 1957 B.P.O.E., with burial following in Mountain View Cemetery. Rev. B. R. Tatom, pastor of Trinity Southern Baptist Church, officiated at the services.
