Alison L. Smith, 38, passed away Friday, Oct. 30, 2009, at her home.
Funeral: 11 a.m. Friday in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Interment: Azleland Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Biggers Funeral Home.
Alison was born May 9, 1971, in Marlborough, Mass. She had been an area resident since 1990. She attended the Sanctuary of Praise. She loved to play bingo and hang out at the Waffle House.
She was a loving and devoted mother who cherished her two sons.
She was preceded in death by an infant son, Tony Dwain Smith Jr., and her mother, Linda Banker.
Survivors: Sons, Tyler Dwain Smith and Ryan Odell Smith and their father, Tony Smith, and his wife, Kassidey; brothers, William McSweeney and wife, Sandy, and Daniel McSweeney and wife, Staci; sister, Jodi Lynn Nirenberg and husband, Todd; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Tommy and Cecilia Smith; sister-in-law, Christine Reeves and husband, Josh; brother-in-law, Corey Smith and wife, Jannel; aunt, Alicia Belanger; and several nieces and nephews.
