BIVENS, GEORGE ARNOLD, SR., age 66, of Tellico Plains, went to be with the Lord 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 3, 2009 at his home. He was born December 14, 1942 in Warwick, New York. He was a member of Mt. Vernon Baptist Church. Preceded in death by parents, Jake Warren Bivens and Esther Theodoshia White Bivens; brothers, Rev.
