Resided on North St., Randolph, MA, east side within a few feet of Braintree line, and sold his homestead there in 1784 to his sons Timothy and Seth. Seth sold his half interest to Timothy Thayer in 1793 (S.D. 177-8 & 10).
He was elected constable 1753 but excused from it, surveyor of highways 1756 (in So. Precinct), 1758 but excused from it, and was on the Committee of Public Affairs 1774.
