Julia S. Russell, 84, of Oklahoma City, and formerly of 704 Spruce Street in Coffeyville, died Wednesday afternoon January 26, 1994 in Wesley Medical Center of Wichita. Mrs. Russell was born August 25, 1909 in Coffeyville to John H. and Esther (Logan) Stephens. On January 14, 1943 she married Fay H. "Reb" Russell in Coffeyville. He died March 16, 1978 in Coffeyville. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Coffeyville. Survivors include one son, Jim; one stepdaughter Betty; and one step granddaughter. Mrs. Russell has been cremated but a memorial service will be held at 11am Saturday in the First Presbyterian Church. The family has suggested memorials to the Coffeyville Humane Society.
