Service for Delores Freeman, 76, of Chico was to be Saturday, Dec. 3, at 2 p.m. at Hawkins Funeral Chapel. Dr. Charles Holland was to officiate. Burial was to follow at Chico Cemetery.
Freeman died Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2005, in Decatur.
Born Jan. 23, 1929, in Fort Worth to Charles and Annie (Reed) Kelley, she was a housewife and cattle rancher. She was a member of Runaway Bay Community Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Freeman, and nine brothers and sisters.
She is survived by a son, Tommy Freeman and wife, Melissa, of Runaway Bay; two daughters, Billie Jones and husband, Roger, of Canyon Lake and Kay St. John and husband, Troy, of Chico; a brother, Tommy Kelley; three sisters, Cathy Davis, Pat Kucker and Bobby Mackay; four grandsons, John, Jeff, Mike and Chris; two granddaughters, Kelley and Jenny; and eight great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were to be Jerrod Mowery, J.D. Coffman, George Cowley, Bill White, Glenn Poyner and George Blake.
