Arthur had gotten down around the cattle dipping trough and feel in and drowned. In those days they never drained a dipping vat and the chemicals they used would have immediately caused death if you feel in, especially at 17 months old. Story told to me by Jim McGinley, son to John McGinley, brother to Arthur.
