Sentinel: F. A. Wallace, an old and highly esteemed citizen, living four miles from La Grande, was found in his field on Wednesday, unconscious, with the horse he had been riding standing near. He was taken to his house and lingered in an unconscious state until some time in the night, when he died without speaking a word from the time he was found.
