Edna was born the daughter of Frank & Emma Bergman Abramson. She grew up on a farm northwest of Fulda and she graduated from the Slayton High School. Edna was united in marriage to Fred Evers on February 16, 1939 in Jackson, MN. During their marriage they farmed near Fulda and around Iona until they retired. After retiring they moved to Worthington in 1969. After Fred's death, Edna moved to Stewarville and then most recently resided in Rochester. Edna was a member of the American Lutheran Church in Worthington. She was an excellent homemaker & enjoyed baking & sewing.

Edna & Fred were the parents of Judith.

Edna's siblings include Carl, Herman, Art & Alfred Abramson; & sisters, Helen Olson, Mabel Ames, Anne Carlson, Lillian Steffes & Minnie Ommen.

Memorial services were held on Tuesday at Dingmann Funeral Chapel in Worthington, Rev. Bill Blundell officiating.
