CHURCH, OLIVER, bought the Frank Searls farm in 1835 and sold it to Moses Holcomb in 1847. In 1838 he joined the heirs of Moses Pike in a quit claim deed to Phebe Holcomb of the south 15 acre portion of the E. Watkins farm, and in 1848 sold to Harriet Reynolds the five acres of the Watkins farm on the east side of the road. It is uncertain whether he lived here. Possibly he was connected with the Pike family by marriage.
