Funeral services for Ruffer Belt, 56, who died at his home here Friday at 9 a.m. was held at the Greer Funeral Home here Friday at 9: a.m. The Rev. T.L. Dickerson officated, and burial was in Belt Cemetery. Born in the Gar Creek community October 14, 1889, Mr. Belt had spent most of his life in Ozark. He was a member of the Baptist church. Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Wylie(Mary Belt) Maxwell and Mrs. Elizabeth (Belt)Adams, both of Ozark; and one brother, Bud (John Raphael)Belt of Van Buren.
