Reva was born May 1, 1921 in Winnemucca, Nev. to William and Jesse Pearce of Pleasant Valley, Nev. She passed away October 20, 2009 in Emmett, Idaho. She grew up in a large ranching family the youngest of seven girls and one boy. Reva met Bill Rice shortly before WWII and they married upon his return from the war. After Bill's death she moved to Idaho to live with her son. She has lived in High Valley Idaho for the past four years. Reva had a strong connection to Idaho her Mother was born in Silver City in 1879 and her parents were married there in 1897. Reva is survived by her son, Allen and his wife Terry. Three grandchildren and ten great grandchildren and her daughter Edna June Rice; her sister Mabel McCoy and numerous nieces and nephews.
