Mr. Sutton died at 12:15 a.m. Wednesday at Britthaven of Benton.
He was a block maker for Long Concrete Co.
Surviving are his wife, Shirley J. Boaz Sutton; three sons, Danny L. Sutton of Benton, Stanley Sutton of Calvert City and Mike Sutton of Hickory; two daughters, Carol Smith of Benton and Debbie Cooper of Sikeston, Mo.; five brothers, Johnnie R. Sutton Jr. and Robert Sutton, both of Fulton, Steve Sutton of Fisher, Ill., and Guy Sutton and David Sutton, both of South Fulton, Tenn.; four sisters, Frances Moore and Fairra McFadden, both of Fulton, Mattie Cook of South Fulton, and Betty Worthey of Berwyn, Ill.; 11 grandchildren; and six great-grand- children.
His parents were Johnnie Raymond Sutton and Estelle Mathis Sutton.
