ROBERTS, Conrad "Robbie" (Age 75) Entered into rest on October 20th, 2009 in Spokane, WA. He was born on April 5th, 1934 in South Royalton, Vermont. Robbie was a man of strong faith, beloved husband, brother, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, respected citizen of the Reardan community and friend to many. He served 20 years active duty in the U.S. Air Force stationed in England, Libya, Vietnam (recipient of the Bronze Star) and numerous bases in the U.S. After retirement he was a man of many trades. He was very active in his community including Reardan Fire Department, member of the American Legion 0113 and Lions Club. Robbie loved his family, dogs, fishing, hunting, skiing, the Mariners, birding and sitting in his back yard keeping an eye on the town. He was blessed by seeing the good in everyone, enjoyed a good sense of humor and had one himself. Music was an important part of Robbie's life. He was a talented singer and musician playing most instruments. He was an avid gardener always having a beautiful rose garden, which was his favorite. Preceded in death by parents Stanley L. and Doris I. Roberts and first wife Maureen C. Roberts (4/6/77). Survived by his wife Janice of 31 years, brother Carlton and sister-in-law Ruby Roberts of Elbridge, NY, children Dale and Kathleen Roberts of Medical Lake, Cheryl Porta of Geiger, David Roberts of Reardan, David and Lois Manning of Tacoma, Ken and Ann Manning of Seattle, Torey Roberts of Reardan, Brian Manning of Reardan, Jason and Hiedi Roberts of Mountain Home ID, 12 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, brother-in-law John Hendrix, and sister-in-law Lowanna Hendrix. Service will be held at 11:00am November 4th at the Reardan Methodist Church followed by interment at the Reardan Cemetery. There will be a reception at Reardan Community Hall following interment.
