HARDY, Neb. - Clinton R. Edwards, 93, Hardy, died Friday, May 2, 1997, at rural Superior.
Mr. Edwards was born April 13, 1904, near Mound City, Mo. He was a farmer and attended Union Church in Hardy.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Velma Leone in 1993; two sons, Bruce and Robert; a granddaughter; and two great-grandsons.
Survivors include six sons, George of Superior, Russell of Geneva, Paul, Glenn and Donald, all of Hardy, and Kenneth of Sabetha, Kan.; four daughters, Elsie Tallent of Hiawatha, Kan., Norma Hobson of Courtland, Kan., Margaret Tomlinson of Lincoln and Donna Miller of Hardy; 38 grandchildren; 72 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Union Church, Hardy, Pastor Dale Bussinger officiating. Burial will be in Hardy Cemetery.
Memorials may be made in care of the family.
Visitation will be from 1 to 9 p.m. today and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday at Megrue-Price Funeral Home, 750 N. Commercial, Superior 68978.
