Pamela Ann Hardy, our wife, momma, sister, and best friend, died peacefully at her home on Friday, October 30, 2009. Her ability to love and care for those around her in spite of the difficulty and pain of inflammatory breast cancer will truly be cherished.

Pam married her true love and best friend, Brent, on September 21, 1973. Her life revolved around her husband, children, and grandchildren, to which she leaves memories of a strong sense of humor and the everlasting advantages of unconditional love. She worked in multiple roles for Kmart Corporation and then Smith's Food and Drug since 1988, where she made many friends.

She is survived by her husband, Brent, daughters Dusty (Murray) Triplett, Lisa (Bret) Warr, Casey (Wes Franson), Hailey, son Doug, and six grandchildren. Also, sisters Sherry (Dee) Gamble, Bonny Guill, and Lynn (Bruce) Robinson. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dorothy Merkey and Robert (Bob) Behrendt.

A public viewing will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2009 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Redwood Memorial Estates Mortuary, 6500 South Redwood Road (1700 West), where friends and family are invited to attend.
