An illness of several months was the cause of the death Saturday night of John Roth, aged 72, of Plains Rd., Mentor township.
For 25 years Mr. Roth had been a molder with the Cleveland Cooperative Stove Co., but he had been unable to work recently because of his illness.
His wife, Emma Quincy, two sisters, Mrs. Mary Yackley of Dayton and Mrs. Lena Smith of Detroit, Mich., and three brothers, Phillip, George and August of Hamilton, survive.
