Bobby was at Albuquerque's KiMo Theater to see Abbott & Costello's *Comin' Round the Mountain*, but fled the balcony when a siren in the intro-short *This Is America* scared him and was mortally injured by the simultaneous explosion of a water heater under the theater's lobby.

Bobby died enroute to Saint Joseph's hospital, debunking myths of his dying in, being possessive of doughnuts strung over electric lines in, and forever now haunting, the let the little guy rest in peace, back now with his mom & dad and Gramma & Grampa Taylor.

His brother, William H., who was active in Albuquerque/Bernalillo County government before moving to Dallas is now also deceased; but his sister, Diana, and other relatives are still living.
