PURCELLVILLE, Va., Feb. 17 -- Double funeral services were held at Hall's funeral home in Purcellville this afternoon for Miss Elizabeth Chamblin, 48, who was killed Wednesday in a fire which destroyed her home in Hamilton, and for her mother, Mrs. Ella Hatcher Chamblin, 80, who died of burns at Loudoun County Hospital. Burial was in Lakeview Cemetery, Hamilton.

The two were the last of their family. Mrs. Chamblin's husband, John R. Chamblin, a buisnesman in Hamilton, died many years ago. A brother, J. P. Hatcher of Hamilton, is Mrs. Chamblin's only survivor. Both were natives and life-long residents of Loudoun County.
